What's a Jobie?
A Jobie is a girl who is part of Job's Daughters! A sisterhood where girls ages 10–20 can build confidence, discover their leadership skills, serve their communities, make lifelong friendships, and have fun along the way!
It's a little bit of everything.

What Do Jobies Actually Do?
👑 LEADERSHIP
Girls have opportunities to lead meetings, speak in front of others, plan activities, and develop confidence.
🎭 ACTIVITIES
From creative activities and talent to sports, competitions and special events, there's always something new to try.
🧳 ADVENTURE
Make memories at camps, conventions, state events, trips and activities with Jobies from across Indiana and beyond.
💜 SERVICE
Give back to your community and support causes that make a difference.
👯 FRIENDSHIPS
Meet girls from your own community and across Indiana; and build friendships that can last a lifetime!
